Mark P. Slovenkai, MD

Dr. Mark Slovenkai is the Chief of Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgery at the New England Baptist Hospital. He is an active faculty member of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS), holds an academic appointment as Associate Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Tufts School of Medicine, and consults for the Boston Celtics. He completed medical school at Albany Medical College, residency at UMass Medical Center, and fellowship for foot and ankle at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Slovenkai has been with BSSC since 2006. His research aims to improve patient outcomes following foot and ankle surgical intervention, with current research focusing on total ankle arthroplasty.
